Please join us on September 9-11, 2011 to celebrate the ascension of TRH Kenneth Grey and Sabine d'Orliens to the sovereign thrones of the Kingdom of Meridies.
The event site opens at 5 p.m. Central time on Friday and closes at 11 a.m. on Sunday. Traveler’s fare will be available on Friday night. The feast will be limited to 112 individuals. Camp WOW is a dry site.
Martial activities during the afternoon will include heavy fighting, rapier fighting, and real-weapons archery. For those gentles inclined to the arts & sciences, there will be a dessert soltety (subtlety) contest at the White Rose Ball in the evening. Cabin space is limited to 112 beds; camping space is unlimited. When sending reservations for the weekend, please indicate whether you will be staying in a cabin or camping. A limited number of RV spaces are available for an additional $20 per night. Please contact the reservationist, Lady Gwyneth Raven, for more information.
Per Meridian Kingdom Law, no family shall pay a site fee higher than three (3) adult member prices for admission to an event as long as the children are 15 years of age or younger and they are all members. Proof of membership, immediate family relations, and age may be required. Please make checks for reservations payable to “SCA, Inc. dba Barony of Bryn Madoc.”

*Note: If you wish to reserve bed spaces for any children under six, you will need to pay the child's weekend rate (with feast or off board) for them.
